We have an opening with a long-standing client of ours in Medina, Ohio for an Administrative Assistant. The client pays 100% of the employee’s medical, dental, and vision insurance, matching 401K, PTO, etc.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant
- Answer and direct incoming calls; greet visitors.
- Administrative duties supporting management and staff, including project work, filing, database maintenance, photocopying, mail distribution, and faxing.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties.
- May assist with travel arrangements, meeting arrangements, coordinating luncheon orders/catering for meetings as needed.
- Process customer invoices; assist with AP/AR duties.
Education/Experience
Requirements for the Administrative Assistant
- High School diploma; some college education preferred.
- 2 – 5 years of relevant experience
- Very strong work knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Peachtree or QuickBooks, Sage ACT! is preferred but not required
- Must demonstrate strong organization skills with the ability to re-prioritize quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
