Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative

• Greet customers; answer telephone; maintain common areas
• Review personal voice and email throughout the day
• Update and maintain Oracle Netsuite ERP computer system
• Track and update quarterly and as needed:
  • Drivers and required docs (CDL, medical cards, etc.)
  • Auto/Trucks and required docs (plates, insurance, etc.)
  • EZPass accounts
  • Dealer plates
  • Truck sales title documents properly filled in and taken to title bureau
  • Temp tag registration
• Review and resolve open sales orders, purchase orders, and shipping/receiving orders
• Maintain Electronic Documentation
• Create and mail customer invoices on a daily basis
• Process customer credit card transactions; apply credit card payments
• Responsible for collection of past due invoices; contacting via telephone or
• Review and process weekly tie out freight bills, in vs out, to ensure all are billed correctly
• Ensure customers are invoiced correctly; review weekly tie out of drop
• Responsible for the set-up of training classes; print/assemble manuals, sign-up sheets, refreshments, certifications
