Currently assisting a client headquartered in the Akron area with their search for an ODOO Administrator to join their innovative team. The ODOO Administrator will be responsible for the ongoing support, customization, and enhancement of our client’s ODOO ERP system to meet the evolving needs of their fast-paced environment. As a key player in their technology team, you will ensure the integration of ODOO modules and workflows that streamline operations and provide insightful data analytics.

Responsibilities
Education/Experience
Requirements for the ODOO Administrator
- Proven experience as an ODOO Administrator, preferably with hands-on experience in version 14 or higher
- Experience setting up templates, tools and ODOO workflow models
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
- Experience with database management
- Knowledge of ODOO modules and customization best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues swiftly
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with different teams
- Previous experience in a retail or manufacturing context is a plus
- Strong analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude
A West-Coast candidate is preferable, but not a requirement.
