Unlike most recruiting companies, we offer clients a blended approach to services, combining both traditional contingency and retained models. Upon commencement of a search, clients are billed one-third of the fee. The remaining balance is due upon successful completion of a search – once a candidate has been hired.

Under this model, clients receive all of the same benefits as they would under a fully retained agreement while paying only one-third of the fee up front – nothing additional until the search has been completed.
