Currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer who will be responsible for performing risk management and planning the organization’s financial strategy. This position will protect the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth. All employees are expected to carry out the company’s mission, vision, and values.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Chief Financial Officer
- Responsible for the integration of mergers and acquisitions.
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
- Lead the strategic development and optimization of the company’s finance and accounting functions, including team structuring, talent acquisition, and process improvement to support scalable growth.
- Report directly to the Boad of Directors, delivering strategic insights and detailed financial analysis; present company performance and contribute to overall business strategy and formulation
- Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/President and members of the executive management team.
- Manage the process for financial forecasting and budgets and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting.
- Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure.
- Establish and develop relations with senior management, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Advise on long-term business and financial planning.

- Ensure that cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.
- Supervise all finance personnel and manage vendor relationships.
- Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT systems.
- Ensure compliance with the law and the company’s policies.

Education/Experience
Requirements for the Chief Financial Officer
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or related field
- Must have experience with mergers and acquisitions
- 7+ years of experience in the industry is preferred
- 3+ years of management experience
- Experience working in a high-pressure environment is preferred
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software is required In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Must be people-oriented and enjoy interacting with other groups and departments
- Must be adaptable to change and enjoy work that frequently shifts direction
- Must be detail-oriented in all areas of work
- Must thrive on achievement and enjoy taking on a challenge
