Currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager is the primary driver of regional growth and client satisfaction. Responsible to recruit, train, mentor and develop a team of business development managers and account managers to success. A Regional Sales Manager will help us fulfill our core purpose of “Deliver Extraordinary Experiences” and will demonstrate our core values: employee centered, customer focused, and champions for the communities we serve. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Regional Sales Manager
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable (LMA) direct Recruit, hire, and onboard new Account Managers and Business Development Professionals in the assigned region.
- Conduct weekly team meetings to drive alignment and strategy, and hold regular one-on-one sessions to provide personalized coaching, feedback, and professional development.
- Mentor and develop employees, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance against sales quotas, client satisfaction, and portfolio growth metrics.
- Develop and deliver ongoing training programs to enhance team skills in client communication, strategic selling, and relationship management.
- Design and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve a minimum of 10% annual
- Support the business development team in prospecting, lead generation, and securing new client contracts, leveraging HubSpot for pipeline management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the region to identify new opportunities and inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to achieve a regional client renewal rate of 90% or higher through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
- Develop and oversee strategies for growing existing accounts and replacing any lost work by at least 10%.
- Act as a key point of contact for major clients and an escalation point for issues, ensuring swift resolution to maintain strong partnerships.
- Work with sales & operations teams to develop competitive and profitable jobs, targeting an enhancement gross margin of over 50%.
- Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections to ensure project delivery meets and exceeds company standards and client expectations.

- Prepare and present comprehensive regional sales reports, financial forecasts, and performance analyses for the VP of Operations and senior management.
Education/Experience
Requirements for the Regional Sales Leader
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent related
- Demonstrated success in sales leadership
- At least (5) five years of relationship-based sales experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service
- Strong leader with demonstrated success training, coaching and developing sales and customer service professionals to success.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market data into actionable plans.
