Seasonal Area Administrative Assistant
Remote in North Houston and Dallas TX

We have been retained by an outdoor and landscaping lighting business to assist with their search for a Seasonal Area Administrative Assistants for the North Houston and Dallas areas. The position will be responsible for handling all the phone calls, online leads, and other administrative work for an area manager between the months of October and December.
Responsibilities
- Answer all inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Qualify new leads, schedule sales estimates, and confirm customer appointments.
- Handle customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Create and manage service requests in the system.
- Respond promptly to online and email inquiries and leads.
- Provide support to field crews by creating, adjusting, and confirming schedules for the Area Manager and installation teams.
- Maintain regular communication with the Area Manager regarding schedules, customer needs, and crew coordination.
- Utilize CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Availability to work seasonally October through December
- Strong and consistent internet connection
- Computer with a qualified processor
- Knowledge / experience with Microsoft Teams
- Experience using a CRM system
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
