This position is a vital, high-impact addition to their core team, created to increase bandwidth for future growth and serve as a direct talent duplicate and strategic backup to their lead specialist.

This is a consulting-minded, high-responsibility role requiring deep technical experience, business maturity, and exceptional attention to detail. As a Control Systems & Field Specialist, you will wear multiple hats—bridging CAD design, electrical/hydraulic engineering, rigorous testing, and direct customer relations. You will be instrumental in executing product startups on-site and delivering flawless solutions where zero-mistake execution is the standard.
