We have been retained by a leading residential and commercial lighting and electrical services company to identify a Sales Specialist who will own one of the organization’s most critical revenue drivers—converting warm, previously engaged leads into booked business. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role suited for someone who excels at building trust over time, re-engaging prospects, and guiding them to a confident buying decision.
Reporting to sales leadership, this individual will independently manage a high volume of qualified opportunities while partnering closely with Area Managers, operations, and customer support to ensure seamless execution from initial follow-up through close. The ideal candidate is persistent, highly organized, and persuasive without being overly aggressive, with a strong ability to drive outcomes in a follow-up-driven sales environment.
This role offers significant upside through a performance-based compensation structure and is best suited for someone with experience in phone-based sales, lead conversion, or inside sales—particularly within home services, project-based, or premium offerings—who is motivated to make a measurable impact on revenue and growth.
